Experience and strategy
We are a family-run business, operating in more than 100 countries, with a large coffee-roasting house in Bergisch Gladbach. That’s why we source independently and have the necessary market relevance. For many years now, we have been working within trusting partnerships with leading European trading houses in order to reliably procure the quality you require in coffee, tea and cocoa. For milk, we prefer to work with our partner Milchwerke Mittelelbe which is also part of the KRÜGER GROUP.
Raw ingredient procurement
We procure the coffee that you desire. You determine which price and quality levels you require for raw materials. Thanks to our many years of experience and worldwide networks, we procure the raw materials which meet with your requirements: high-quality plantation coffees, exotic premium tea varieties, standard goods and quality at good value.

We obtain our teas from reliable suppliers with whom we have been working for many years. Or you can deliver your teas to us – and we will take over the task of further processing.
For many years now, the KRÜGER GROUP has been producing drinking chocolate and cocoa powder. You can taste this experience in every cup.
Milk is a challenging foodstuff from a hygienic and sensory perspective. It’s a good thing that we don’t have to source it just anywhere on the global market. We source our spray-dried milk varieties from the company Elb-Milch, which has been part of the KRÜGER GROUP since 1991. Elb-Milch is extensively certified: IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000, EU-Bio, UTZ and many more.
Coffee
Arabica: The balanced premium raw coffee variety which consumers know well
Robusta: The highly caffeinated secret of strong South Italian espresso blends
Rare varieties: Single origin, micro lot, regional specialities – we purchase goods for both permanent product ranges and promotions
Tea
Black tea: Strong Assam, the finest Darjeeling, English Breakfast and Earl Grey
Green tea: Japanese or Chinese green teas, matcha tea and white tea of the quality you desire
Fruit teas: From fruity to floral, tailored to seasonal preferences
Cocoa
Raw cocoa: We procure raw cocoa and process it in-house to create cocoa powder.
Brand cooperation: Would you like to benefit from the existing popularity of a well-known brand? We cooperate with brands such as Caotina, the legendary Swiss drinking chocolate brand.
Milk
Milk powder: Spray-dried, with adjustable foam levels, also partially skimmed. For coffee and tea specialities involving milk as well as hot chocolate.
Cream powder: Ideal to mix into milk capsules to increase yield and stability. This way you can create a large latte macchiato, for example, with just one capsule despite double the water volume.
Our quality commitment: Reliability and consistency
We procure raw ingredients of your desired quality and we take samples from every delivery automatically. We analyse them from a sensory perspective including other aspects and also for residual moisture. Each batch is digitally recorded and is then traceable using the capsule code.
A small seal, a great competitive advantage: Rainforest Alliance, EU-Bio, Fairtrade – the choice is yours, and also in many different combinations. Use goods bearing the seal selectively or offer your entire capsule coffee range, e.g. organic & fair trade.
